What are the postage options and delivery times?

Standard postage is via Royal Mail Second Class, which is not trackable and can take up to 10 days before Royal Mail considers it lost. For faster delivery, you can upgrade your postage at checkout. If you need your order by a specific date, please message me before placing your order to check if I can accommodate it. For the latest Royal Mail postage times and dispatch updates, please see my shop updates and individual listing details.

Please note that all delivery timeframes apply after processing times have been completed. For example, if you select Tracked 24, this refers to the delivery speed from the point of dispatch, not from the time the order is placed. We kindly ask that you check the current processing times listed at the top of the website before ordering to ensure they meet your needs. As this information is provided clearly, we're unable to take responsibility for delays resulting from it not being reviewed.

How do I track my item?

Unless youโ€™ve upgraded to tracked postage, your item cannot be tracked. If you selected tracked postage, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email so you can follow your parcelโ€™s journey.

Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

I do my best to dispatch orders quickly, butย Royal Mail can get very busy over the festive season, and delays are unfortunately out of my control. To give your order the best chance of arriving on time, please order early and consider upgrading to tracked postage if youโ€™re in a hurry.

Can I return an item?

Personalised itemsย cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged. Non-personalised items can be returned at your own cost, postage is non-refundable. To return a non-personalised item, please email hello@apersonalisedteacher.com. Once your return has been received and checked for damage, your refund will be processed.

I entered the wrong addressโ€”what should I do?

Please email us as soon as you notice the mistake. If your order hasnโ€™t been dispatched, we can update the address. Unfortunately, if it has already been sent, weโ€™re unable to make changes, as delivery is then out of our control.
